Role Overview

Responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities for IT services. The role focuses on proactive outreach, client communication, requirement understanding, and coordination with internal teams to convert leads into business.Key

Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services (Web, Mobile, Enterprise, AI, Digital Marketing)
  • Proactively reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels
  • Understand client business needs through initial requirement discussions and discovery calls
  • Coordinate with technical teams to prepare proposals, estimates, and scope documents
  • Manage leads, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Act as the primary point of contact during the pre-sales phase
  • Maintain accurate updates in CRM and sales pipeline
  • Work towards achieving defined sales targets and timelines

Job Requirement

  • 1-3 years experience in IT services sales or business development

  • Basic exposure to requirement analysis or pre-sales activities is a plus
