Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services (Web, Mobile, Enterprise, AI, Digital Marketing)
- Proactively reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels
- Understand client business needs through initial requirement discussions and discovery calls
- Coordinate with technical teams to prepare proposals, estimates, and scope documents
- Manage leads, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures
- Act as the primary point of contact during the pre-sales phase
- Maintain accurate updates in CRM and sales pipeline
- Work towards achieving defined sales targets and timelines
- Proactive and ownership-driven
- Comfortable with client communication and follow-ups

Job Requirement
- 1-3 years experience in IT services sales or business development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, persistent, and outcome-driven approach to follow-ups

- Basic exposure to requirement analysis or pre-sales activities is a plus
