Job Description

Rayblaze Global Private Limited is a fast-growing digital transformation and enterprise software company headquartered in India, with global clientele across healthcare, education, logistics, finance, and government sectors. We specialize in cutting-edge solutions including AI/ML, custom ERP/CRM platforms, web/mobile applications, and cloud-native systems.As part of our strategic expansion into the GCC market, we are hiring a well experienced Sales and Business Development Executive in the UAE to lead regional growth and partnerships.

Key
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and build strong relationships with prospective clients across UAE and GCC, including mid-sized enterprises, government agencies, and startups.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client outreach, solution pitching, proposal coordination, negotiation, and closure.
  • Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate our AI, ERP, and software development capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the India-based presales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure timely and customized proposals.
  • Track regional market trends, competitor activity, and potential strategic partnerships.
  • Provide weekly sales pipeline reports and contribute to business strategy planning in the region.

Job Requirement

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B and B2C IT Sales / Software Solutions Sales in the UAE and GCC region.
  • Proven experience in selling custom software solutions, SaaS platforms, AI tools, or ERP/CRM systems.
  • Excellent network across UAE industries, including government and enterprise sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A self-starter capable of operating with minimal supervision and high accountability.
  • Must be currently based in the UAE (Dubai preferred) with valid residency/visa or eligible to work.
  • Arabic proficiency is a plus (not mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Familiarity with RFP processes, proposal drafting, and tech documentation is an advantage.
